	Rancho Monte Vista Luxury Apartment Homes 240 Units 2100 West Arrow Route Upland, CA Rancho Monte Vista Apartment Homes is a new upscale, 240-unit apartment community in the City of Upland, Calif. Ideal for young professionals, the development is the first upscale apartment community in the city and includes designer-upgraded interiors, full appliance packages including washer/dryers in each residence, and a complete list of community amenities including a fitness center, movie theater and business center. In addition, each new resident will receive free high-speed Internet access upon lease signing. The community is completing construction and leasing is underway.

	College Park Luxury Apartment Homes 448 Units College Park Drive Upland, CA College Park is a new 40-acre master plan development located at Monte Vista Avenue and Arrow Route in Upland, Calif., situated directly across the street from the seven Claremont Colleges. The mixed-use development includes a neighborhood retail center, as well as single-family homes and 448 luxury apartment homes. This community brings high-end, amenity-filled luxury apartments, each with its own washer/dryer and complete appliance package, and community fitness center, business center and private movie theater. Construction on the retail, single family and multi-family portions of the development will begin in the Fall of 2007.
