Community Overview

College Park is a new 40-acre master plan community located at Monte Vista Avenue and Arrow Route in Upland, directly across the street from the seven Claremont Colleges. The mixed-use community includes a neighborhood retail center, as well as single family homes and 448 luxury apartment homes.

The multi-family community brings high-end, highly amenitized luxury apartments, each with its own washer/dryer, complete appliance package, community amenities including a full fitness center, business center, as well as a private movie theater and walking trails.

The retail and luxury apartment components of this mixed-use community opened in spring of 2009.
