Hutton's newest mixed-use development, College Park, is currently under construction in Upland, Calif. It is a 40-acre master plan community located at Monte Vista Avenue and Arrow Route, situated directly across the street from the seven Claremont Colleges. This new master planned community will include a neighborhood retail center, as well as 89 single-family homes and 448 luxury apartment homes. The multi-family development will bring high-end, amenity-filled luxury apartments, each with its own washer/dryer and complete appliance package, and community fitness center, business center and private movie theater.
