Hutton is one of California's most active and successful owners and developers of public agency facilities. We have the development expertise, knowledge of government requirements and property management needed to provide turnkey facilities for government agencies, including arranging the entire financing package. Hutton has developed and leased over 830,000 square feet of office space to the County of Los Angeles and the county of Orange, along with 1,275 housing units to students of the University of California and California State University campuses.
Hutton Development is not a fee contractor. We acquire, plan, finance, oversee the construction and manage facilities that are owned by us and leased to various public agencies, such as the Orange County Sherriff or the County of Los Angeles Registrar of Voters and Recorder.
Whether we are building a new facility to the user's specifications or planning a complete building renovation, each facility is attractive, functional, cost-effective and designed for maximum space efficiency.
